Job summary

Candid is hiring a Head of Strategy & Operations to define and execute the next generation of growth. You will own strategy and 0-to-1 execution for new products, businesses, and markets, including international expansion.

You’ll work across Commercial, Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Technology to turn ideas into scalable reality. You’ll lead a team and partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, operating models, and go-to-market approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, management consulting, operations, or related field.
• Track record taking new products, ventures or markets from idea to execution.
• Excellent business judgment and structured problem solving.
• Strong product and commercial instincts; translate needs into opportunities.
• Builder mentality; create structure in ambiguity and turn ideas into reality.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; evaluate markets, models, and investments.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication; turn complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools and vision for AI transforming products and workflows.
• High intellectual curiosity, ownership, and bias toward action.
• Comfort in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• Healthcare/healthtech/SaaS/marketplaces experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own new product strategy and identify opportunities to expand offerings.
• Build new products and verticals from 0 to 1, from idea to launch.
• Lead international expansion; evaluate markets and entry strategies.
• Partner with commercial teams to identify unmet needs and scale opportunities.
• Drive use of AI and emerging technologies to create capabilities.
