Jubilee is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development and Strategy to drive revenue growth from content and expand distribution channels. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to monetize existing content and identify new monetization opportunities while shaping long-term strategic plans.

The role requires a track record in business development within media, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or revenue roles within media or content.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong management skills to motivate and empower teams.
• Bonus for experience with YouTube and digital content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current revenue streams and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance & Operations to monetize existing content.
• Evaluate new distribution platforms to expand reach.
• Establish partnerships with external platforms and networks.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative distribution strategies.
• Engage senior leaders with strategic vision and accountability.
• Align initiatives with business objectives and cross-functional goals.
• Support CEO in strategic initiatives, fundraising, marketing and partnerships.
• Contribute to long-term strategic plans and growth initiatives.
• Lead Sales, Finance & Data teams to drive revenue/distribution strategies.
