Job summary

Google Customer Solutions’ Accelerated Growth team seeks a Digital Strategy Lead to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closed-won deals, driving growth for SMBs and mid-market clients with Google Ads.

You will build trusted relationships with executives, translate business needs into measurable Google advertising solutions, and collaborate across product, marketing, and sales to exceed quotas and deliver exceptional customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, media account management or relevant role.
• Experience driving business growth and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience building a book of business through proactive prospecting and lead business cycles.
• Experience maintaining and expanding C-suite or key stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas or business goal in a changing environment.
• Skilled in translating complex business issues into Google Ads solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers proactively by working through a pool of prospects.
• Manage full cycle sales pipeline and develop a strategy to achieve quota on a quarterly basis.
• Grow customers' Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions across the full funnel of Google’s product solutions.
• Implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
• Drive consistent pipeline growth by engaging with customers via meet, email and in person.Deliver against revenue targets and key outcomes while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to Google's advertisers.
