The role requires 12+ years of leadership in marketing and retail, with a track record of transforming organizations and delivering measurable results in convenience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing marketing and retail in multi-unit environments.
• Experience in convenience retail, fueling, food-service, or grocery preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to connect strategy to measurable results.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute long-term marketing, retail, and growth strategies in partnership with executive leadership.
• Lead and align Marketing and Retail Operations, ensuring accountability for business performance, customer experience, and execution.
• Continue developing and strengthening the consumer-facing retail brand and market positioning.
• Identify opportunities to scale the business, improve performance, expand offerings, and drive profitable growth.
• Lead initiatives focused on customer experience, merchandising, food service, fresh food, beverage, and other convenience retail offerings.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, calculated risk-taking, and accountability.
• Build, develop, and empower a strong leadership team with clear accountability for results.
• Partner across operations, merchandising, finance, and other functions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Bring industry best practices and perspective while operating within an entrepreneurial culture.
• Demonstrated longevity and impact in previous roles, with a track record of building programs, implementing change, and delivering results.
