Job summary

Crocs, Inc. seeks a senior strategy professional to shape the company’s growth agenda and drive strategic initiatives across Crocs, HEYDUDE, and Crocs, Inc.

You will partner with senior leaders to framing questions, structure workstreams, and enable cross-functional execution. You will translate market and financial insights into concise narratives for executives, influence decisions, and mentor teams to build strategic capability.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, or Finance or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Strong in executive communication and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise growth agenda with senior and executive leaders to identify strategic opportunities across Crocs, HEYDUDE, and Crocs, Inc.
• Lead initiatives from concept to activation and enable cross-functional execution.
• Translate insights into board-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Drive alignment across brand, product, marketing, channel, finance, operations and regions.
