ArtVersion, a Chicago-based creative agency, is seeking a Director of Strategy & Growth to lead strategic initiatives, drive new business, and build lasting client partnerships. This hands-on role combines strategy, sales, and delivery to shape how clients' brands and digital ecosystems evolve.

You will guide discovery, design go-to-market approaches, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure value and measurable outcomes. A strategic, execution-minded leader is sought.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or revenue operations.
• Experience with AI, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Highly self-driven with excellent communication and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives and long-term vision.
• Guide clients through brand, digital, and UX initiatives with a strategic lens.
• Partner with leadership to shape new offerings, frameworks, and go-to-market approaches.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust and measurable value.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic enablement.
• Support the integration of automation, analytics, and optimization practices.
