Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting capture activities for federal opportunities; DoD processes familiar.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture activities across defense technology pursuits and teams.
• Develop and execute capture plans addressing technical, schedule, and affordability priorities.
• Engage with program offices and acquisition decision‑makers, including Huntsville area entities.
• Collaborate with pricing/contracts to develop price‑to‑win strategies and assess risk.
• Maintain capture documentation, reporting, and pursuit metrics.
