Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Analysis and Strategy Intern for TikTok Shop - Operations Center in Los Angeles. The role focuses on data analysis, business strategy, and cross-functional communications to support creator merchandise and e-commerce growth during the 2027 Summer internship.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing are preferred.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis;
• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.
• Strong sense of responsibility, effective in team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
• Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
• Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
• Assist in analysing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
