Job summary

TikTok is seeking interns to join the US e-commerce partnership team for Summer 2027 in Los Angeles. You will gain hands-on exposure while contributing to a secure, scalable ecommerce ecosystem for merchants, creators, and affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with global e-commerce strategies and support business leaders to disassemble tasks and set priorities.
• Develop and execute strategy, including goals, budgets and performance reviews.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate merchandise and seller growth and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategy.
• Assist in designing and implementing business operation systems and processes.
• Identify and mitigate risk during rapid growth while ensuring compliance.
• Establish clear communication with internal and external partners and coordinate cross-system projects.
