Job summary

Pentair is hiring an Offerings Solution Manager to define and execute growth strategies for designated municipal markets within the Flow business, bridging market, customer, and leadership to align offerings with municipality needs.

The role requires developing lifecycle plans, driving product commercialization, and coordinating across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to achieve revenue growth. 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Strategic Marketing, Business Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others, formally or informally.
• Experience developing market strategies and commercializing complex solutions in municipal, infrastructure, utility, water/wastewater, industrial, or adjacent markets.
• Strong understanding of solution selling and customer value proposition development.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for assigned Municipal growth platforms.
• Own the commercialization of new innovations from concept through launch with business case, value proposition, pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
• Build and own product lifecycle plans including roadmap, launch, growth, and end‑of‑life decisions.
• Develop solution frameworks that connect multiple products, technologies, and services for municipal customers.
