Job summary

Pentair plc is hiring an Offerings Solution Manager in Ashland, OH to own municipal growth strategy and to commercialize new innovations from concept to launch. You will build lifecycle plans, define value propositions, pricing, and positioning to convert new technology into revenue in municipal markets.

The role requires deep market understanding of municipal/utility sectors, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of growth initiatives across the Flow portfolio. Travel 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Strategic Marketing, Business Development, or related discipline.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others, formally or informally.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for designated Municipal growth platforms.
• Own the commercialization of new innovations, from concept to launch with business case, value proposition, pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
• Develop solution frameworks that connect multiple products, technologies, and services for municipal customers.
• Lead integration and commercialization of acquired products, technologies, and businesses within the Municipal and Flow portfolio.
• Identify cross-selling, market expansion, and growth opportunities for municipal solutions.
