Pentair is seeking an Offerings Manager to join our Data Center team. You will define and execute the growth strategy for designated strategic growth markets within Pentair's Flow Business, including Data Centers, acquired businesses, and emerging opportunities.

The role serves as a bridge between market, customers, commercial teams, engineering and leadership to ensure offerings align with current and future needs.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Product/Portfolio/Strategic Marketing or related field.
• Experience in industrial/infra, data center, or adjacent markets.
• Translate customer/market insights into actions.
• Experience with acquisitions integration and growth initiatives.

• Own growth strategy for Data Centers and emerging markets.
• Develop solution frameworks connecting products, technologies, and services.
• Lead VOC and market insights into business priorities and strategies.
• Assess portfolio, identify opportunities for differentiated solutions.
• Lead integration and commercialization of acquired products/technologies.
• Identify cross-selling and market expansion opportunities.
• Influence innovation priorities in strategic planning discussions.
• Represent market perspective in leadership discussions.
