Job summary

Workana LLC seeks a proactive Customer Success/Account Manager to onboard new clients and tailor Workana ON solutions to their goals. You will learn client needs, assist with implementation, and configure tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, CRM, and automation.

You'll monitor accounts, document feedback, and identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize practices, working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, implementation, consulting, or Growth.
• Ability to understand business needs quickly.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools.
• Experience with no-code platforms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously.
