Job summary

Rilla in New York seeks a full-stack content producer to own storytelling across video and narrative formats. You will write, shoot, edit, and ship content at high speed, directly shaping how the brand is perceived and how it scales across channels.

You'll measure impact by traffic, pipeline, applications, and deal velocity, and you'll leverage AI to multiply your output while maintaining high quality. This role operates on-site in NYC with a fast-moving, learner mindset.

Qualifications

• An existing body of work showing audience, videos, brand or channel growth.
• Full-stack production skills: writing, filming, editing with tools like Premiere, CapCut, Figma, After Effects.
• Experience growing social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) for a B2B or SMB audience.
• Ability to ship relentlessly, iterate, and learn from feedback.

Responsibilities

• Scale Rilla's narrative and brand: own the voice, the story, and how they run through everything we publish.
• Show how Rilla sparks joy and delight for our customers: find, capture, and produce their stories in formats people actually want to watch and share.
• Scale our social channels from presence to gravity: own strategy and execution: write it, design it, film it, cut it, post it, measure it, do it again better.
• Create the deliverables that fuel our growth: video, landing pages, decks, campaigns, and event content at the speed the team moves.
• Move the needle and prove it: measure the impact of your storytelling on website traffic, inbound revenue, talent applications, enterprise deal velocity, and more.
• Integrate AI into content workflows so a team of one produces like a team of ten.
• Get in the trenches on anything growth. If it grows Rilla, you'll play an integral part in building it.
