Brick is hiring a Growth Content Producer to turn customer insights into ad creative for Paid Media. You will own concept, script, shoot, edit, and iterate across formats; you will be on camera and behind the camera; report to the Head of Growth Creative and collaborate with Paid Media, Influencer, and external creators.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years creating performance-focused creative for DTC or tech brands.
• Portfolio includes short-form/paid social work with measurable outcomes.
• Able to concept, write, shoot, and edit independently, including on-camera.
• Strong photo/video fundamentals across iPhone and professional gear.
• Knows Meta and TikTok native formats; writes hooks and scripts.
• Proficient with CapCut or Premiere Pro; quick to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content for ads, using iPhone for native content and professional gear for higher production value.
• Help shape briefs by bringing ad concepts informed by performance data and customer insights.
• Shoot, edit, and ship 10+ net-new short-form videos per week and iterate on hooks and formats.
• Mine feedback from performance data, comments, and communities to inform creative.
• Build assets around a clear hypothesis: audience, relevance, and proof.
• Review creative performance metrics and translate learnings into next work.
• Use AI tools to expand production while maintaining Brick’s voice.
• Keep files, rights, and playbooks organized.
