Job summary

Propeller Industries is seeking a Client Services CFO for Consumer Products. This remote-flexible role spans a portfolio of venture-backed companies, embedding with client leadership and Propeller teams to drive strategic finance, FP&A leverage, and scalable processes.

You will own relationships with 20-40 clients, shepherding board-level discussions and delivering proactive financial guidance within an equity-track framework.

Qualifications

• Must have CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in finance/accounting with CFO or senior leadership roles preferred.
• Proven business development track record and multi-client/consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Consumer Products sales cycle—from initial outreach through signed engagement.
• Transform monthly financial reviews into strategic conversations that drive decisions.
• Build and lead engagement teams across U.S. and international personnel.
• Own portfolio P&L management—optimize margins and profitability.
• Leverage PIE and Data Lake to deliver insights and codify repeatable intelligence.
