Riticket is a community-based marketplace for real fans to buy & sell tickets to sports games, concerts, theater and more. Our platform focuses on integrity and transparency, offering fair prices and eliminating hidden fees for both buyers and sellers. With Riticket, users can engage in ticket transactions with confidence within a like-minded community. We are building a better way to ticket in a market often plagued by issues including a lack of transparency, unfair pricing, fraud, unreliable refund policies, and scalping. We are a bootstrapped startup looking for a creative Growth Specialist to help us expand our reach and build the Riticket community.

The role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist located in the United States. We're fully remote as we believe the right candidate is proactive, self-motivated and can do their best work whenever, wherever and however they are most comfortable. The Growth Specialist will work closely with the founder and play a key role in executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for both buyers and sellers on the Riticket platform and across our digital footprint. This role requires a hands-on marketer comfortable with digital channels and passionate about bringing fairness to the live event ticketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage Riticket's social media presence, fostering a welcoming, conversational, and community-focused environment.
• Develop and deploy email newsletters and marketing materials to engage the user base, aligning with our brand voice.
• Support word-of-mouth campaigns and potential referral/influencer initiatives.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize spend.
• Create content that resonates with our target market – live event enthusiasts and demographics comfortable with digital ticketing experiences.
• Help build and nurture the Riticket community, both on the platform and within affiliated groups across social media.
• Communicate Riticket's core value proposition of fairness, transparency, affordability and buying/selling tickets with confidence.
• Stay informed about trends in the live event ticketing industry to identify new growth avenues.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and strategy.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community building.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the importance of brand voice and consistent messaging.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience marketing within the live event or ticketing industry.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
• Content creation skills (e.g., graphic design, video editing).
• Experience working in a remote startup environment.
