Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across the Poly portfolio, aligning demand, supply, and execution.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive data-driven planning decisions.
• Improve conversion, backlog management, and inventory health.
• Coordinate with Customer Operations and Category teams for alignment.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to track execution and business outcomes.
