You will translate customer workflows into actionable requirements, drive roadmap alignment, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to shape compelling Unified Communications experiences.

You will lead mid-to-high complexity planning initiatives, ensure traceable requirements, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant work experience in product management, product planning, or product development.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related discipline.
• Experience translating customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer, partner, market, and competitive inputs to identify product needs and gaps.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, value propositions, and prioritized features.
• Coordinate discovery, feasibility, and definition activities with cross-functional teams.
• Lead moderate to high-complexity planning projects and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Maintain product roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
• Analyze feedback and data to recommend product improvements and experiences.
