Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Growth Solution Architect to scale existing ERP engagements on NetSuite. You will own post-go-live accounts, drive optimization, and expand services with cross-functional teams.

This role partners with Alliances and Delivery to optimize roadmaps and revenue while delivering exceptional client success. Ideal candidates have proven NetSuite architecture experience, strong account management, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary engagements across ERP

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant within NetSuite or similar ERP ecosystems.
• Strong technical and functional understanding of NetSuite modules (ERP, SuiteBilling, Inventory, EPM, etc.).
• Experience in account management, managed services, or post-go-live customer ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize strategic engagements, and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, alliances, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive and end-user audiences.

Responsibilities

• Customer Ownership & Coverage: Serve as the primary SA for assigned customers with expansion, optimization, and roadmap execution.
• Managed Services & Optimization: Align customers to the right Managed Services package and lead optimization activities.
• Revenue & Growth Enablement: Drive account expansion through upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and new projects.
• Collaboration & Alliances Support: Work with Alliances to leverage NetSuite and ecosystem relationships.
• Process & Governance: Follow handoff processes and contribute to ABRs and pipeline alignment.
