Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Denver to expand our Oracle | NetSuite ERP practice. You will identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and coach executives through complex sales cycles.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects and leadership to craft account strategies, build pipelines, and drive growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. Strong CRM discipline is essential for forecasting and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years in business development, sales, account management or SaaS/ERP.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop net-new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, growth objectives, and technology needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and leadership to develop account strategies and pursuit plans.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and leverage CRM for forecasting and activity management.
