100KCrossing is seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney to support the Workers’ Compensation docket and PI pre-litigation matters. You should be Texas-licensed, with 0–3 years of experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Strong writing, case management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Texas licensed attorney in good standing.
• 0-3 years of attorney experience; Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury Pre-litigation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

National, award winning plaintiff litigation firm with a proven record of success representing tens of thousands of clients in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, and mass torts is looking to add an Associate Attorney to help with their Workers Compensation docket and their personal injury pre-litigation docket. This is an entry level position perfect for a recently licensed attorney. The Workers Compensation/PI Pre-litigation Attorney position will include all aspects of workers’ compensation claims and some personal injury claims. Qualifications

• Must be a Texas licensed attorney in good standing
• Should have 0-3 years of experience as an attorney; experience in the practice areas of Workers Compensation and/or Personal Injury Pre-litigation is a plus but no required; Bilingual Spanish is also a plus
