The B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter in Rockville, MD.

Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, you will support property upkeep, respond to resident service requests, and perform preventative maintenance across multiple trades. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of engineering experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 60 lbs. Weekend or overnight hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and move appliances safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Engineer in maintaining the property and processing resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance, unit inspections, and turnovers/renovations of apartments.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting; maintain safety and quality standards.
