Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar logistics/supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare and analyze reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on company procedures and best practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
