AppleOne Employment Services in Charleston, SC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will work with the Project Manager, Superintendent, field teams, and subcontractors to drive project execution, learn project financials, scheduling, and safety.

• Support construction project execution from pre-construction through closeout.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, cost procedures, and subcontract coordination.
• Help manage project documentation, site communication, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Assist with project financials, cost procedures, risk management, subcontract administration, and client communication.
• Maintain project files, documentation, photo records, schedules, and information flow using project management software.
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to support quality control, buyout activities, site progress, and project closeout.
• Conduct site safety walks and promote a strong safety culture across project teams and subcontractors.
• Participate in company meetings, trainings, workshops, and industry events as needed.
