Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks from startup through closeout.
• Prepare owner and architect communications and progress reports.
• Create and maintain construction schedules using MS Project.
• Track daily work progress with the project superintendent.
• Prepare cost studies and track project costs, including change orders.
