PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Monroe, NC, is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth. You’ll treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
