Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Albany Physical Therapy brand are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and guide recovery to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other certifications required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional abilities, goals, and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply modalities and exercises.
• Administer therapies to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure timely and accurate discharge summaries and evaluations.
