Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state.
• PT degree from an accredited program (DPT or MS/MS).
• CPR certification and compliance with state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
