Job summary

MAP is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects for international clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with high quality. You will be the primary contact for stakeholders, translating client briefs into defined projects and collaborating with designers, UX architects, and developers.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, showing initiative, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage ambiguity while building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in marketing or agency settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of marketing principles, CRM strategy, and martech.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce or Braze.
• Ability to translate vision with developers and architects.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Jira or Smartsheet and PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate those to well-defined projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and opportunities.
• Understand technical requirements and how these impact a project (risk, possibilities).
• Track project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate forecasting.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Account Lead and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Proactively identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
