Job summary

Qualifications

• : Proven project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
• ss: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• ss: An understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology.
• ss: Experience working with various marketing platforms, such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce or Braze
• ss: Ability to speak "tech language" and experience working alongside developers and architects to translate vision into buildable solutions.
• ss: Ideally some experience with Agentic AI, Digital Coworkers and modern automated workflow environments
• ss: Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities.
• ss: Fluency in English.
• ss: Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet) and PowerBI is a plus.
• ss: Strong skills in the Microsoft office package, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understanding client requirements and translating those to well-defined projects
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities.
• Understanding technical requirements and how these impacts a project (risk, possibilities etc.)
• Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting.
• Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Proactively Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
