Responsabilités

• Support the senior lead in growing programs and the levers driving success.
• Design, test, launch, and scale new programs from ideas to initiatives.
• Build tools and frameworks to help teams move faster.
• Partner with product and marketing for user value and business impact.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations to execute initiatives.
• Contribute analytical insights to help the user community grow on the platform.
