Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth Program Operations, to drive the run-the-business engine for advisor referral and partnership programs. You’ll scale operations, manage onboarding, and ensure high service levels as the advisor base grows.

In this role you’ll coordinate with Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation teams, track performance metrics, and optimize processes to deliver repeatable results for our clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related role.
• Experience supporting advisor-facing or client-facing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations for the advisor referral program, including the shared inbox, advisor inquiries, and issue resolution at scale.
• Support onboarding and ongoing management for a larger base of participating advisors and referral partners.
• Coordinate execution and facilitate alignment across partner teams (Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, Compensation) as volume grows.
• Track and resolve expectations and escalations, coordinating with the right partners and closing the loop with advisors.
• Protect service quality by maintaining consistent levels of service and advisor experience as programs scale.
• Maintain reporting on volumes, turnaround times, and recurring issues, and flag gaps early.
