Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth Program Operations in the Growth Strategy and Enablement group to run advisor referral programs at scale and optimize operations for a larger advisor base. You’ll partner with Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding and Compensation to keep service levels high and advisor experience consistent.

The role emphasizes running day-to-day operations, process improvement, and data-driven reporting to support scalable advisor growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in program management or business operations, ideally supporting advisor-facing programs.
• Experience coordinating across functions to move work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day: Own daily operations for the advisor referral program, including the shared inbox, advisor inquiries, and issue solution, at expanded scale.
• Coordinate execution: Facilitate alignment and communication across partner teams as volume increases, keeping cases moving and clean.
• Protect service quality: Maintain reporting on volumes, turnaround times, and recurring issues, while flagging process gaps early so they can be fixed.
