Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to drive growth initiatives across the Americas Service organization in North America. This role requires coordinating multi-team efforts, maintaining detailed plans and timelines, and delivering programs on schedule and within scope.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and service, develop RACI matrices, manage budgets, and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership across organizations, departments, and regions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth programs within the North America service organization, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and service.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders with regular updates.
• Escalate issues and drive short- and long-term resolutions.
• Align programs with broader business strategies; drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Growth Program Office to define methods and enforce procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations.
