This build-and-scale role emphasizes durable infrastructure and advisor enablement across the organization. The position collaborates with Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation to manage throughput and drive sustained growth in our advisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
6+ years in program management or business operations with scaling experience.
6+ years cross-functional leadership across compliance, operations, and support functions.
2+ years in wealth management industry and advisor growth knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own the advisor growth programs end-to-end.
Lead a newly acquired advisor referral network program.
Own program management for an employer-based financial education partnerships.
Build scalable processes and operating infrastructure.
Design repeatable processes and infrastructure that scale throughput.
Establish the metrics, reporting, and service-level standards.
Drive cross-functional execution across Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation as volume scales.
Serve as the operational voice in cross-functional planning.
