Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Growth Program Operations to scale and optimize multi-channel programs that support advisor referrals and employer-based education partnerships.

The role requires coordinating across Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation while delivering repeatable processes and measurable program performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of program management, business operations, or a related role, including scaling a program.
• 6+ years' experience leading cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment across compliance, operations, and support functions.
• 2+ years' experience in the wealth management industry with working knowledge of growth for financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Own the programs and lead the advisor referral network end-to-end.
• Oversee design, policy, and advisor experience for employer-based financial education partnerships.
• Build repeatable processes and infrastructure to scale program throughput with minimal friction.
• Set metrics, SLAs, and reporting to ensure programs stay healthy and scalable.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation as volume grows.
