Qualifications

• Minimum five years of direct selling experience in the securities and/or insurance business.
• Minimum five years of experience hiring and managing a team, with ability to train, coach, and motivate sales individuals.
• Demonstrates competency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains and motivates Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors through a structured training program to use a needs-based sales process.
• Mentors the team on Broker/Dealer sales and operations and ensures advisory and insurance product focus.
• Coordinates sales appointments, prepares presentations and completes paperwork for successful sales.
• Develops and implements a profiling and discovery tool to identify asset gathering opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with branch personnel and external partners.
