Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of direct selling experience in securities and/or insurance.
• Minimum five (5) years of prior experience hiring and managing a team, with ability to train, coach, and motivate sales individuals.
• Demonstrates competency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains and motivates Financial Advisors through a structured program.
• Uses relationship selling with a holistic financial planning approach.
• Acts as subject matter expert for financial planning tools like MoneyGuide Pro.
• Implements a client experience standard across advisor segments.
• Meets with advisors regularly to develop individualized business plans.
• Mentors branch employees in broker/dealer sales and operations.
