Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales within securities or insurance sectors.
• Willingness to be coached and learn sales strategies.
• Ability to work within bank branch hours and regions.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of ASB & Cetera policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Sales Manager to grow and service clients.
• Develop and implement financial plans including investment and insurance products.
• Lead and mentor within assigned branches to mine business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings and deepen relationships to close opportunities.
• Generate referrals through networking with branch partners.
• Deliver seminars and presentations to solicit prospective customers.
