Job summary

YipitData is hiring a Growth Product Manager to build a product-led growth motion for YipitAgent, the company's flagship product. You’ll own the customer journey from first impression through paid conversion, influencing discovery, trials, engagement, and paid adoption.

You’ll work with product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to optimize the funnel. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid growth, and a data-driven, experiment-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth product management or related experience.
• Track record of improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or conversion.
• Strong product and UX judgment for turning ambiguity into intuitive experiences.
• Highly analytical with funnel metrics, cohorts, experiments, and behavioral data.
• Strong customer discovery skills combining qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Experience with product-led growth, self-serve trials, or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO, lifecycle communications, and pricing/packaging experiments.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize growth funnel from acquisition to activation, engagement, conversion, and re-engagement.
• Define goals and success metrics for each stage of the customer journey.
• Identify 'aha' moments from interviews, data, and experiments and apply them to UX.
• Design and optimize trial onboarding, in-product education, activation moments, and upgrades.
• Develop engagement and re-engagement tactics including personalized lifecycle touchpoints.
• Experiment with pricing, packaging, and trial structures to improve conversion while maintaining trust.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype, launch, and measure new experiences.
• Build a disciplined experimentation practice balancing rapid learning with coherent user experience.
• Communicate insights, priorities, results, and tradeoffs across the company.
