Responsibilities

As the Data & Analytics Product Manager supporting Growth, you will design, develop, and implement data products that enhance our sales and marketing effectiveness. You'll collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for data and analytics tools supporting Sales and Marketing teams
  • Partner with Growth leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into data product requirements
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and predictive models that provide actionable insights
  • Lead the development of client acquisition and retention analytics to identify revenue opportunities
  • Create and manage product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure effective implementation
  • Stay current on industry trends in data analytics, marketing technology, and professional services
  • Advocate for data-driven decision making throughout the organization
  • Conduct user research and feedback sessions to improve product adoption and effectiveness
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception through deployment and enhancement
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data products
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales and marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, business intelligence tools, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and analytics best practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Background in professional services, accounting, or financial services a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $117,000 to $158,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
