Product Manager – Data Analytics

Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015, dedicated to providing every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate team is looking for a Product Manager.

We seek a Product Manager to lead our clinical data analytics products and expand our product portfolio. The role involves product planning, management, and coordination of product releases. As a key member of the Product Management Team, you will conduct market research, define product requirements, collaborate with engineering, prepare go-to-market strategies, and oversee projects from concept to launch. Reporting to the CPO, the Product Manager for Data Analytics will:

  • Apply data mining techniques to extract insights from clinical, genomic, and operational data to inform product development.
  • Oversee usability testing, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Secure structured and unstructured training datasets for AI model development.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer segments.
  • Gather user input from clinical case managers on current solutions and future roadmaps.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
  • Prioritize development requests for optimal product-market fit.
  • Develop product requirements and specifications.
  • Communicate across teams and monitor operations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop process improvement and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Develop data-driven AI algorithms and engineer GPT prompts.
  • Define differentiators and develop competitive selling points.
  • Develop pricing strategies and support product launches.
  • Assist sales with key deals and prepare briefs for marketing.

Candidate profile:

  • University degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in software development or product management, with a focus on databases, analytics, and IT.
  • Experience with analytic software tools and Agile Scrum.
  • Experience managing data analytics products with AI algorithms.
  • Experience with large data sets and clinical healthcare data.
  • Collaborative team player in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Reside in the Schengen area or UK with valid work permit.
