Job summary

Calm, a leading mental health brand, is seeking a Growth Product Manager for its direct-to-consumer business. You will own the growth strategy and roadmap, drive subscriber growth, activation, revenue per user, and retention, and partner with engineering, product design, marketing, data, and research to ship what works.

Day to day you will run high-velocity experiments, remove friction in onboarding and habit-building journeys, and ship habit mechanics to convert new users into daily practice

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consumer product growth, with ownership of growth metric and strategy

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and roadmap translating revenue and DAU goals into bets across activation, conversion and retention.
• Run high-velocity experiment program with sharp hypotheses and fast A/B tests.
• Remove friction in onboarding and account flows to improve activation and retention.
• Ship habit mechanics enabling daily use and progress tracking.
• Write PRDs that guide decisions and align stakeholders across teams.
