Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or product at a self-serve software company.
• Owned onboarding, activation, upgrade path, or in-product share loop with measurable results.
• Wrote production code with AI, opened PRs, shipped to production, and instrumented events.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers weekly to identify blockers in the onboarding flow.
• Build prototypes to test ideas quickly.
• Write code with AI, open pull requests, and ship to production with the engineering team.
• Instrument the funnel and build the reporting you rely on to drive work.
