Job summary

Meta is seeking a Growth Analyst to lead cross-group initiatives across our apps, embedding with product teams to drive growth through data analysis, ideation and experimentation. You will influence product experiences to meet long-term goals and partner with engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists to bring scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in an analytical or product role
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data querying languages such as SQL
• 4+ years solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and leading data-driven projects
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical functions to drive product goals
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary product teams including engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights from complex datasets
• Experience performing exploratory analysis to answer ambiguous questions
• Experience designing multivariate tests, synthesizing results, and building decision frameworks
• Product ideation skills to apply growth tactics across different areas
• Experience working on products used by diverse communities
