Job summary

Monarch Money, Inc. is seeking a Growth Product Designer (Senior/Staff) to elevate onboarding and new user experiences across mobile and web.

You’ll partner with product, data, and engineering to shape fast, delightful experiences for our members in a fully remote, high-growth environment. You bring 4+ years of consumer-focused design, a mastery of visual design and systems-thinking, and a track record of experiments and 0-1 end-to-end designs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing mobile and web for a consumer-focused company.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and systems thinking.
• Comfortable collaborating with founders, product managers and engineers.
• Experience designing experiments and 0-1 end-to-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and visual design with high UI/UX quality.
• Scope experiments, conduct user research, test prototypes and refine UX.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define features and handoffs.
• Take ownership of new design projects and impact onboarding for new members within 90 days.
