Job summary

OpenArt is seeking a Growth Product Manager for North America to own how new users discover and create on the platform, guiding activation across channels and funnel optimization to convert free users into paying creators. You will design onboarding across sources, run rigorous experiments, and shape the growth engine with founders and a distributed engineering team.

Qualifications

3+ years as Growth PM in a PLG consumer or pro-sumer company.
Proven ability to move key metrics across activation, retention and monetization.
Strong onboarding redesign experience for multiple channels.
Excellent experimentation discipline with robust readouts.
Comfort with growth tooling and data-driven decision making.
Able to work across time zones with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Make onboarding the strongest part of the funnel across channels.
Own channel-level conversion and collaborate with marketing for paid, SEO, and viral loops.
Drive paywall, pricing experiments, and PLG monetization.
Build a rigorous, well-powered experimentation engine.
Own retention, lifecycle emails, push, and in-app messaging.
Support category-defining launches from day one.
