Job summary

Quora is seeking a Product Manager to lead user-centric growth efforts across its core product. You will drive top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile, while coordinating with engineering, design, data science, and operations to ship high-impact growth experiences.

The role emphasizes running structured experiments and leveraging user insights to inform long-term platform strategy, with regular interaction with product leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience driving user growth on a consumer product.
• Strong foundation in user research and design principles.
• 5+ years combined experience in Product Management.
• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience growing UGC products with heavy SEO traffic and understanding organic search as an acquisition channel.
• Experience working on user-generated content platforms, marketplaces, or content-driven consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centric growth initiatives across Quora’s core product experience.
• Expand top-of-funnel acquisition, improve activation, and unlock growth levers across web and mobile.
• Own the end-to-end user growth funnel from acquisition to early retention.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to build growth experiences at scale.
• Define objectives, metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure success.
• Run structured experimentation across the funnel using quantitative and qualitative insights.
