Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, FP&A, or finance at a fast-paced startup
• Strong competency in Excel and financial modeling, with hands-on experience building forecasts, unit economics models, and ROI analyses
• Comfortable working across finance and data—end-to-end problem framing, modeling, and deriving insights
• Strong ownership and meticulous attention to detail, especially with ambiguous data
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial work for non-finance stakeholders
• High intellectual horsepower with a self-starting attitude and a drive to execute ideas quickly
• Humility, curiosity, and a desire to help build an early-stage CPG company focused on high-protein foods

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales, orders, and unit volume by channel, product line, and SKU mix, including unlaunched products
• Drive a recurring forecast alignment process across Growth, Finance, and Data, consolidating inputs into a single forecast
• Maintain and improve marketing investment and economics models, including CAC, LTV, MER/aMER, contribution margin, and payback
• Translate growth strategy and changes in marketing investment into expected revenue, margin, and financial impact
• Ensure marketing investment and pacing remain aligned with growth targets, inventory constraints, and financial objectives
• Design scalable systems and processes that improve visibility into marketing performance and driver insight
